The company acquired, produced and managed rental properties in Eskilstuna, Sweden. What made them unique was their deep rooted desire to contribute to good social development by providing safe and sustainable living environments.

My assignment included branding, web design, app design, icon illustration, booklet design, photography guidelines and much more.

The most intriguing assignment was the functionality and design of a new user app. Within the app, tenants got easy access to administrating everything surrounding their accommodation, such as invoices, agreements and announcements. The app also made it possible to get in touch with staff members easily and quickly through the in-app chat.
